This scheibenpistol was made by Stendebach in close cooperation with the famous German writer Gerhard Bock. It was supposed to better its main competitor: the S&W 1891 Target and had quite similar shooting characteristics, as this was considered too light by some shooters.
The barrel release push button is prominent on the left hand side of the frame (similar to the Scharfenberg and Stevens pistols) It is a single shot Break-down pistol which were made in .22 caliber. Nowadays they are quite rare.
